الموضوع: خطورة الوضع الاقتصادي و إعادة النظر في حكومة نجلاء بودن
في يوم 18 مارس 2022, تراجع ترقيم تونس السيادي لدرجة CCC و هو تقييم واضح و موضوعي و علمي مفاده أن الوضع الاقتصادي التونسي خطير و إمكانية الإفلاس حقيقية.
في نفس ذلك اليوم، أي منذ شهرين تقريبا، راسلنا رئيسة الحكومة نجلاء بودن في علاقة بالوضع الاقتصادي الخطير و تبعات كل ما يحدث و حددنا الاخلالات التي يجب إصلاحها في عمل الحكومة لفتح باب التفاوض الجدي مع صندوق النقد الدولي و الشروع في الإصلاحات الايجابية إضافة الى طلب لقاء من أجل تقديم مقترحات خطة الإنقاذ التي يعمل عليها حزب الجمهورية الثالثة منذ أشهر.
فهدفنا هو مصلحة التونسيين و إنقاذ الاقتصاد بغض النظر عن من هو في الحكم.
شهران يمرّان على مراسلة حزب الجمهورية الثالثة لرئاسة الحكومة في علاقة بالوضع الاقتصادي الخطير الذي نعيشه و لم نتلقى اي ردّ كما لم نرى من رئيسة الحكومة اي تغيير في طريقة إدارتها للوضع الاقتصادي بل بالعكس نرى عجز تام عن القيام بالاصلاحات الضرورية و تجاهل لحقيقة الأزمة و حتى تسويق لمعطيات خاطئة عن استقرار الوضع المالي و الاقتصادي.
و عليه، و مع مواصلة تعمّق الأزمة الاقتصادية و خطورة الوضع، يواصل حزب الجمهورية الثالثة دعم مقترح تحويل حكومة نجلاء بودن إلى حكومة تصريف أعمال و يدعو رئاسة الجمهورية إلى إعادة النظر في مردودية عمل الحكومة الحالية و تقييم قدرتها على إدارة الأزمة الاقتصادية و التي يتواصل تفاقمها و أخذ القرارات اللازمة تُجاه هذه الحكومة قبل ان يتم إعادة النظر مرة أخرى في ترقيم تونس السيادي في المستقبل القريب.

Topic: Gravity of the economic situation and reconsideration of the Government of Najla Bouden
On March 18, 2022, Tunisia’s sovereign rating downgraded to CCC, It is a clear, objective and scientific assessment that indicates that Tunisia’s economic situation is serious and the possibility of bankruptcy is real.
On that same day, almost two months ago, we wrote Prime Minister Najla Bouden in regards to the dangerous economic situation and the consequences of everything that is happening. We identified the imbalances that must be repaired in the government’s work to open serious negotiations with the IMF and initiate positive reforms as well as a request for a meeting in order to submit the proposals of bailout plans that the Third Republic Party has been working on for months.
Our goal is to benefit Tunisians and save the economy regardless of who is in power.
Two months have passed since the Third Republic Party’s correspondence for the head of the government in relation to the dangerous economic situation we are currently living. We have not received any response, nor have we seen from the head of government any change in the way she manages the economic situation. On the contrary, we see a complete inability to undertake the necessary reforms and an ignorance of the reality of the crisis and even the marketing of false information on the stability of the financial and economic situation.
In this context, and as the economic crisis continues to deepen and the situation aggravates, The Third Republic Party continues to support the proposal to transform the Government of Najla Bouden into a caretaker government and invites the Presidency to reconsider the effectiveness of the current Government’s work, assess its ability to manage the economic crisis, which continues to worsen, and take the necessary decisions towards this Government before the re-examination of Tunisia’s sovereign rating in the near future.
